General description: 

Leather brown body; the head, front edge and two hind-spots of the pronotum, roots, tips and a diagonal side-spot, bright yellow; moderate puncture-stripes, the sixth and seventh worn off, with interspaces that are flat at the top and smoothly curved at the sides. [Translated from the original German in Suffrian, 1863].
