General description: 

Yellow brown body; flat pronotum; the elytra bearing dark lines that follow the puncture-stripes; curved interspaces; the sixth and seventh stripes dissolving behind the shoulder humps, the eighth curving inwards into an angle. [Translated from the original German in Suffrian, 1858].
