Cryptocephalus liquidus Suffrian, 1866  

Murky yellow body; front seam of the elytra, nearly black; front and side rims, along with two hind wisps of the puncture-less pronotum, and five wisps of the elytra (1,3,1), washed-out bright yellow; very fine puncture-stripes, invisible at the back, the sixth and seventh worn off, with flat, slightly glossy interspaces.
